Pat Paving Inc. was founded in 1978 and incorporated in 1979 by Ralph and Patricia Denike. Ralph, who brought more than 10 years of paving industry experience, serves as President/Vice President, while Patricia serves as Secretary/Treasurer. Their commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction has helped establish Pat Paving as a trusted name in the paving industry throughout White Plains, NY, and the Lower Hudson Valley.

In 1998, Christopher Denike joined the Pat Paving team, continuing the family’s dedication to providing professional asphalt paving, excavation, and masonry services. Many of our employees have been part of the Pat Paving family for more than 20 years, reflecting our commitment to long-term relationships and exceptional service.

Over the years, Pat Paving has built strong working relationships with commercial clients while continuing to serve homeowners throughout Westchester County and surrounding areas. Our expertise includes asphalt paving, driveway installation, parking lot paving, excavation, masonry work, Belgian block curbing, and driveway aprons.

We also assist customers with sewer line and water line projects by working directly with trusted plumbers or recommending qualified professionals when emergency repairs are needed.
